Transition Roundtable Presentation moved to March 9th

Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Natick, Newton, and Wellesley Public Schools are pleased to announce a Transition Roundtable Presentation on the topic of post-secondary transition options. Students, parents, guardians, and interested professionals will have the opportunity to hear from local and state adult service providers regarding services and supports.
Following the panel presentation, you will have the opportunity to meet with individual providers to gather specific materials and information, and to ask questions.

When: Thursday, February 9th (snow date March 9), 7pm to 9pm
Where: Natick High School, 15 West St, Natick

The following providers will be present:
  • Department of Developmental Services (DDS)
  • Mass Rehabilitation Commission (MRC)
  • Department of Mental Health (DMH)
  • Price Center
  • Charles River Center
  • TILL
  • MetroWest Center for Independent Living, TAP
  • Benefits Counselor for Transition Age Youth (MRC)
  • And more!

**You will also be provided with a synopsis of services and contact information from other local service provides.**

*Registration is not required but would be greatly appreciated to ensure our presenters bring enough materials.
