During the Holliston Town Meeting in May, voters approved funding for the purchase of Chromebooks for two grades of students at Holliston High School. During the end of August and first few weeks of September, Chromebooks were distributed to 9th and 10th graders at the high school.
Although our goal is to secure funding to provide Chromebooks to the remainder of the school next year, we recognize that there are currently 11th and 12th graders who would benefit significantly from obtaining a school-issued Chromebook much sooner and who have already expressed interest this year. Although we are unable to provide Chromebooks to everyone at this time, we do have a limited number of Chromebooks currently available for interested 11th and 12th graders.
HHS will be distributing Chromebooks to interested 11th and 12th graders on a first come first serve basis so we strongly suggest turning in the form as soon as possible if your student is interested in this opportunity.
The HHS Chromebook program works as follows:
- Students will receive a school issued Chromebook for use during the school year.
- Students and parents/guardians should review the Chromebook Care and Use Guide and the Chromebook Insurance Plan information
- In order to pick up your Chromebook please bring your Chromebook Loan Agreement (and optional insurance check) to the HHS Main Office by Friday, October 14th.
